I understand that in accordance with Section 67 of the Local Government Act 2009 and Council's budget resolution, all outstanding amounts accrue interest up to the date of full payment. *

I understand that should the arrangement to pay not be met (without agreement from Council) then the arrangement to pay is considered CANCELLED and FULL payment of the outstanding amount is due immediately. I also understand that failure to pay any outstanding amount may mean that Council shall undertake legal recovery through a debt collection agent and I accept that the cost of this legal recovery will be charged to me. *
