* If you register your dog as an entire dog and during the registration period have the dog desexed, you are entitled to receive the difference in the abovementioned fees, based on a prorate basis (i.e. amount will vary depending on the amount of time lapsed from registration and desexing).
* Supporting documentation must be provided with this application when making payment.For Example: Sterilisation Certificate from Veterinary Surgery, Membership to Clubs/Associations.To be eligible for 'working dogs' status you will need to successfully complete an assessment form.Payments can be made in person during business hours at the following Council Service Centres/Agencies.
