The $120 per stall will be invoiced by Wednesday, 24 July 2024 and is due by Monday, 12 August 2024.

Application Outcome

Applicants will be advised of the outcome of their application within 4 weeks, noting that the Committee will not enter into correspondence regarding a refused application.

Applications may be refused if:

  • The Committee determines that a more diverse mix of cultural food stalls is required. For example, if there are several stalls selling one type of cultural food, it may be necessary to refuse an application to allow for a stallholder from a different culture.

  • The application is to sell non-food items.

  • The Committee determines that the application is from a stallholder that will not contribute to the objectives of the Mareeba Multicultural Festival.
