Natural disasters and other unexpected events can take a toll on mental health. The unique challenges that come with living in rural or remote areas can add additional stresses.
Community members are invited to a FREE Paint & Prepare workshop - participants will gain a deeper understanding of supports that are available in their area, practical tips to build resilience, and how creative outlets can support emotional processing and aid in recovery from life's challenges.
Participants will receive a paint by number kit and can work individually or as a team to complete their artwork.
This workshop is aimed at adults, however children are welcome to attend with adult supervision.
