A minimum payment of $60 applies upon lodgement of this application and no further payments are to be made to Council.
Payments of $60 a month will be made to pay off the Penalty Infringement Notice identified below.
Details of the application will be forwarded to the State Penalties Enforcement Registry (SPER).
No further action is required from you until an instalment plan is sent to you by SPER.
Failture to comply with the instalment plan will result in enforcement by SPER and you will be required to pay additional fees to SPER.
